How can I cancel an order on Perfumetheking.in?

If unfortunately you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

- If you cancel your order before we ship your product, we will refund the entire amount.

- If you have received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where the product is defective or damaged and not otherwise.

Refunds will be made in the same form as payment is received within 10 working days from the date of order cancellation.

If you believe that you have received the product in poor condition or if the packaging has been tampered with or damaged prior to delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9913900766 or email us at info@perfumetheking.in quoting your order ID. We will personally ensure that you receive a brand new replacement at no extra cost. Please ensure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you return the product to us.

Online buyers within Indian geographical territory have their deliveries carried out by speed post or registered courier services. All orders are dispatched same day or next (working days) of receipt of confirmed order or as per dates agreed upon during time of booking. However, deliveries are subject to existing norms of Indian Postal Service or courier companies. Buy Perfumetheking.in does not stand responsible for delayed deliveries of your consignment except for handing over your consignment to postal authorities or registered courier companies within 15 days of receiving your confirmed order or as per exact terms of your order. Deliveries of online orders would be made to the address mentioned in your credit/ debit card until and unless specified otherwise.
